Well-fed-giveaway2

I have been raving about these cookbooks for a while. Now that I just started a 2014 Whole 30, I’m holding on to both of these like glue. They are not JUST Paleo recipes. They are REAL FOOD recipes. Nothing crazy, just good food.

And you can have them, too!

Melissa kindly offered to send a copy of BOTH books to one reader. All you have to do is leave a comment telling me ONE of your best or favorite healthy habits that you have accomplished or one that you are working on.

What will you get if you win?

Recipes likes this. Silky Ginger Zucchini Soup, Grilled Chicken Thighs, Garlic Mustard Brussels, and Plantain Nachos

  1. I think my best health habit is to always have a good snack on me so I'm not tempted by all the processed foods that surround me when I'm on campus.

  2. My best healthy habit has been breaking my coffee addiction; I used to regularly just have a coffee or latte for breakfast. While taking dairy and sugars out of the mix on the Whole30, I reintroduced breakfast to my daily life and found out I don't need several cups of coffee to make it through the work day.

  3. Having a stand-up desk at work! (no more chronic back pain!!! and I have more energy). I addition, my goal is to move every day.

  4. Making running a family activity. Run with my wife while we push our child in joggin stroller. Training for first half marathon in 15 weeks

  5. My boyfriend and I started a whole 30 this month (our first) and have had so much fun looking up recipes and cooking together. We make sure to make extra of each meal so that we have leftovers to grab for quick lunches or meals for him to take to his night job. Doing it together really helps keep us accountable!

  6. My favorite healthy habit is crossfit. I've lost 180lbs and these books will help me lose the next 40lbs.

  7. I've really worked to cut out processed foods. It's hard when I need a quick snack but I feel so much better ratting real food!

  8. The habit I've been working on since the New Year is eating for fuel! I realized at some point last year that I eat because I want to taste something good. I just get cravings! I've been doing a mostly Paleo diet since the 1st and I've noticed my cravings are less. However, I made Melissa's Cinnamon Chili (OMG Delicious!) and when I put away the left overs I got a little on my finger. I licked it off and had a stare down with the chili for a good 30 seconds before I put the cover on and walked away!

Also working on increasing my water intake! 😀
