But hey, it’s fun and I love anything fun. I found this over at Janeetha’s blog and accepted her gracious offer to use her template. So, without further ado, here is a bunch of stuff about me that you may not want to know or care about. If you’re just here for the food, go back a post or two 😉
A is for age: Right this second, I’m 35. I have a birthday coming up in 7 days. And I will be indulging on these babies.
B is for breakfast today: Chobani and granola. It was a lazy morning and I didn’t feel like cooking.
C is for currently craving: Steak and cupcakes. I’m always craving steak. Second is pasta. The cupcake is because I’m watching cupcake wars.
D is for dinner tonight: Smoked sausage with peppers and baby potatoes with a side of roasted Brussels sprouts and skillet cornbread.
E is for favorite type of exercise: CrossFit and Running. I can’t put one above the other since I can’t run without the strength training from CrossFit.
F is for an irrational fear: Rubber bands. I hate them.
G is for gross food: Beets. And anything “organ” meat.
H is for hometown: Tiny little town in Mississippi.
I is for something important: This guy. Stephen.
J is for current favorite jam: All fruit Strawberry
K is for kids: Not yet! Maybe soon :). Meanwhile, meet Frankie if you’re new here.
L is for current location: Tuscaloosa, Alabama
M is for the most recent way you spent money: I bought the book Hunger Games last night. I have put it off for weeks but finally decided to join the train. I think I will like the movie and I always try to read the books first before watching it.
N is for something you need: Patience with myself.
O is for occupation: Kindergarten Teacher. Best job in the world. Seriously. I get to laugh with kids and teach them how to read. What’s better than that??
P is for pet peeve: Pens without tops. Which is why I prefer to only buy/use click top pens.

R is for random fact about you: I must make lists. I can’t go to the store without a list. I can’t start my week at school without a list. I make lists for EVERYTHING. Needless to say, when I got the iPhone last summer, I felt like it was made for me. Apps for lists are everywhere!
S is for favorite healthy snack: Smoothies. 
T is for favorite treat: Cupcakes!
U is for something that makes you unique: I’ve had one natural disaster named for me (Hurricane Katrina) and I live in Tuscaloosa, which was part of the largest tornado disaster in the nation’s history last April. Tuscaloosa county had the most deaths and damage in this outbreak. If Memphis falls off the map, I’ll take the hint that I’m doomed. I lived there for 10 years.
V is for favorite vegetable: Mushrooms. I use them in everything. Next would be green beans.
W is for today’s workout: Rest day!
X is for X-rays you’ve had: Finger, thumb, hip, knee, other hip, chest, head, recently both arms. Because of rhabdo.
Y is for yesterday’s highlight: It was the last day of school before spring break!
Z is for your time zone: Central!
