Whole30-Bring on the fun.

Time to get moving and get busy! I normally hate Tuesdays on principle, but today started out great! My drive across the Black Warrior bridge. Beautiful sunrise.

I’m slowly working on a half marathon training plan for a local half in March. And I need to figure out where to travel for my 3 Rock ‘n’ Roll races! When I sit down and look at my spring, I’m a little overwhelmed, but in a good way. This year is busy already!

day 2

Breakfast (no picture!) was a 3 eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns. I chowed down like a starving woman. I knew lunch would be a few hours away so I didn’t waste time. We had a busy day of working in the classrooms which means moving, cleaning, and trying to get down all the Christmas decorations. I had a lingering headache and I need to be drinking more water, but I’m so bad about forgetting to drink.

Dinner at chipotle. Carnitas salad with the guacamole. I have never had guacamole and I should slap myself for waiting so long. This was fantastic.

Today was a little more rough than yesterday. The sugar cravings are unbelievable. I do not have any candy or carbs in my classroom and I cleaned out my change from my wallet. I will have to walk to my car to get money for the coke machine. I sat far away from the “emergency teacher chocolate” box. But I had a long day of headaches and wanting a large hot chocolate.
