K2E: Knees to elbows
Squat: just like it sounds.
Snatch: One way of quickly moving weight from ground to overhead
Clean: Another way to quickly moving weight from ground to overhead
Rx: As prescribed. The weight, number of reps, correct movement non-modified.
MetCon: Metabolic Conditioning.
