,Weekly Review-CrossFit, Run

I eased back into some CrossFit workouts this week. The lungs are finally recovering from this late spring pneumonia. I took it slow and easy, working on form. I pride myself on good form and refuse to sacrifice it for a better time.

Workout 1

AMRAP in 12 minutes

  • Run 400m
  • 10 double unders
  • 10 sit ups
  • 5 burpees
  • 10 air squats

Workout 2

5 Rounds For Time

  • 1 Bear Complex
  • 10 Push-ups

Running

  1. Workout 1~ 3 miles
  2. Workout 2~ 3 miles, hill repeats
