Running recap March 3-10

This week was not-so-good. It started off great with some CrossFit WODs and 3 days of good running. However, I overdid it on the rowing and pullups and 150 squats. My legs were shot and my arms started swelling late Wednesday so I took the rest of the week off until Sunday. I just did not want to take another express ride on the Rhabdo train. By Saturday, my arms had calmed down and my legs were feeling much better.

Monday: 3 miles

Tuesday: 5 miles

 Wednesday: 3 miles

While I could call this a bust week, I’m glad I’m still running and running healthy as can be expected Smile
