One more day!!!!

Tomorrow, I’m going to be 35. I don’t feel a day over 25. And I feel 300% better than I did this time last year.

Tomorrow will start the birthday weekend. I’ll have lunch with friends after a killer crossfit workout and run. Friday will include a trip to my family in MS and some of my favorite restaurants. Sal & Mookies is a definite stop. I went there last year for my birthday and it did not disappoint. In fact, that little trip to eat and shop and time with my family is what got me through a very tough 34th birthday. The previous Nov-Jan had been very difficult with my dad’s near fatal illness and the loss of my father (in law). By March, I was just tired and felt every day of my 34 years.

But, until this weekend, my day was another great workout and some decent food that doesn’t look pretty but tasted outstanding.

Siggis now comes in strawberry. My yogurt is now complete. I’ve been waiting for Strawberry for a long time.

I’m just waiting around to get older.  Silly, but hey, I only turn 35 once!

CrossFit Workout
For time:
  • 12-9-6 rep rounds of Power Cleans(135, 95)
  • 400m Run(After each rep round)
  • 21-15-9 rep rounds of Burpees.

Example:
Round 1
12 Power Cleans, 400m Run, 21 Burpees.
