Actually, that is about the only thing on my body that is NOT sore right now. I did a body weight circuit last yesterday and this morning and I just want to crawl in a tub and wallow for awhile in my shame. It took me way too long to do some basic moves that I should be able to FLY through. My form was all out of whack, my hip is screaming at me lately, and I have abs that seem to be hibernating.
Let’s see what Chewbacca has to say about all this business.

Victory Belt is the publisher that I have been working with the past year or so. I work with other bloggers to review advance copies of Paleo books. I have been waiting for this one. The first edition of Make It Paleo is a staple in my house. On weekends when I want to meal plan and try something new, I have about 4-5 books that I grab and MIP is one of them. So naturally, I was thrilled to see the second edition. The previews from Haley and Bill on Instagram are beautiful. I just want to sit in their kitchen and watch the photo shoots. If ANYTHING can get me out of photography slump, this book can do it. Recipes coming up next week!
I’m in the cruising zone now. I’m not sleeping very well, and that’s a big difference from 2 years ago. I still do not drink a lot of water, and that is different. I do not crave soda or sweet tea and that’s normal for ending a whole 30. Still craving it in my coffee? absolutely. One more week to go.
Breakfast: Coffee, eggs and bacon.
Lunch: THIS. Leftover chicken panang. It was so good and spicy.
Dinner: Salmon, broccoli, parsnip puree
