Monday..you’ve been good to me

Today is all about winning. I got in a great workout. I slept like a champ.

We got some great school news concerning our new permanent principal. Things are finally settling down there after the best and absolute worst school year in all my years of teaching.

And I’m gearing up for a hectic rest of the week. I will be out of the room for an all-day testing day tomorrow, classroom observations the rest of the week, race training, spring training, June mountain climbing training, and that .0001 chance of getting a casting chance with Allegiant next spring. It’s in Atlanta..and I can drive Winking smile. (Don’t mind me…that’s the endorphins talking)

CrossFit Workout:

Front Squat: 5×3 at 70% weight.

AMRAP 8minutes: (As many rounds as possible)

3 Thrusters, 3 Burpees

6 Thrusters, 3 Burpees

9 Thrusters, 3 Burpees
