It’s another week of Whole30! Things are finally starting to click in the cravings department. I have not yet hit that crusing stage, but I’m enjoying the benefit of looser pants, already. I have my menu listed above for next week. I spent a big part of Monday (holiday from school) working on my meal prep. I cannot emphasize how great it is to have a week’s worth of lunches and pre-made dinner components in the fridge, waiting for me to come home and have a hot dinner ready quickly.
I will have individual recipes throughout this week and will edit my menu here as my week goes along! Happy Whole30!
