Sunday: Chicken Soup with Kale

Monday: Salad with ham

Tuesday: Salmon, chili garlic broccoli, sweet potoes

Wednesday: Crock pot Sausage stew

Thursday: Orange shrimp stir fry with zucchini noodles

Friday: Grilled burgers, parsnip fries, asparagus

Monday: Circuit with HIIT intervals on TM, sit ups, push ups, weighted squats, chair dips between each interval, then 2 mile tempo run.

Tuesday: AM CrossFit, 3 miles, yoga

Wednesday: AM CrossFit, 4 miles

Thursday: AM CrossFit, 5 miles

Friday: AM CrossFit, yoga

Saturday: 9 miles

Sunday: Yoga
