But first, for new readers, meet Lola:
Brown sugar (splenda blend…don’t tell anybody) Whipped cream cheese and cool-whip
I took this while she was mixing on high speed Fresh blueberry topping!
Was this the healthiest thing? Not really. It was cream cheese, cool whip (the worst offender), brown sugar substitute, and graham crackers. The topping was 100% natural. So how could I have made this more healthy and less processed?
- used honey or agave nectar. Cane sugar is natural but it’s not for diabetics.
- whipped my own topping by whipping heavy whipping cream
