I cook this a lot. It’s just so versatile, but due to the summer heat, this is a crock pot meal. Pork Loin.
This time, I wanted to jazz up the veggies a bit before I cooked the loin. I went back this recipe for BBQ slaw.
- dijon mustard
- white wine vinegar
- cracked pepper
- chicken stock (instead of oil)
I poured this over a huge bowl of potatoes, onions, and mushrooms.
I seared a pork loin roast then placed it on top of the vegetables in the crock pot.
