Snacks: Siggis Yogurt Review

Siggis. Yes, that’s the name for some fancy yogurt that is DIVINE. It’s Icelandic. From Iceland. Who knew that such thick rich flavored yogurt was hiding away in Iceland all these years. It’s actually made in New York City (que the Pace Picante commercial with the outrage “New York City???!!!”) and I’m not sure how it all works because I haven’t researched it.

Maybe I should.

Okay, here’s the link—> SIGGIS  The guy who makes it is from Iceland and he uses his family’s traditional way of using skim milk to mix with cultures to make a non-fat thick rich yogurt. I like the fact that he uses milk from a local farm that has grass-fed cows and no hormones or anti-biotics.

Let me just try to tell you how good this is.

I’ll give you two guess as to where I had to drive to find this stuff. I tell Frankie that I drive that far just to get him a new bag.
