It’s Friday night and I don’t feel like cooking.
But I have a fridge with lots of produce left.
But I don’t want to cook.
But I have food.
wash, rinse, repeat.
Sigh.
My version of Green. Roasted green veggies, including Broccoli, and balsamic mushrooms.
Sautéed cabbage and fennel, in my favorite Circulon pan. I used up all my pepper!
Dinner is served.
