A couple of weeks ago, Lindsay over at Formula PR/ Kashi sent me a box of good stuff. Along with some Kashi bars, she wanted to send some new products from CalNaturale, specifically, an assortment of protein drinks and organic wine. When she asked about my interest in the drinks, I knew immediately when I would use them. I have been making my own mocha shake on the early mornings before CrossFit and I wanted something that was pre-made, easy to digest, low in sugar, and delicious.
But first, I had to try the bars.
Considering my morning protein shake is a chocolate/pb/banana concoction, I couldn’t wait to try these and they were really good! The banana is not overwhelming so I had a nice mix of chocolate with the banana. I loved the crunch on top, too.
This is wine made from organic grapes. According to the information Lindsay sent, this stuff is winning a lot of wine awards lately.
