Long day but going strong.

This morning, I was surprised by my energy levels even after lunch. Speaking of, the bag lady in action.

School is winding down and the stress piles on and so does the stress eating. I have been drinking real Coke lately and it’s just terrible for me. I have sugar surges, crashes, headaches, and overall moodiness. Must.stop.the.coke.

Dinner was herbed pork and potatoes. I used a dijon mustard rub with rosemary, sage, and parsley. The pork loin is a very lean cut of meat so I added extra vegetable broth.

One more week of school…then a nice long break!
