I was cleaning the house, unpacking, and doing laundry and was hungry for a sandwich. I had some whole wheat wraps that need to be used, so let’s get wrapping.

- applegate farms nitrate-free turkey breast
- shredded carrots
- baby spinach
- sharp cheddar
- sliced green olives—no brine, Lindsey’s Naturals.
- tatziki (mmmmmmm)
I had some mini peppers and salsa with it. I’m trying to eat more peppers but I always burp regular green peppers. (ew) Maybe these little ones will not do that.
After lunch, I had some Pike Place from starbucks.
Now, maybe a quick nap. I have a long weight session planned tonight and I’m recovering from the beach.
