“Wanna go to the bread store?”. Those words are guaranteed to have me packing for a road trip to MS. I have seen the light on just how good wheat bread can be. Of course if you slather white cocolate raspberry cream on an old shoe I would think its good. But this stuff from Great Harvest is beyond good. This was the perfect PERFECT ending to my birthday week and a great beginning to my quest for becoming a healthy bread baker. Let the tasting begin! Between the three of us we have 5 loaves and 2 scones to try.
