No run today. I’m going to focus on walking a straight line first.
It’s amazing how a few hours can change a person’s sense of space and time. This morning, I was still very off balance, but the spinning had stopped. Now, tonight, I almost can’t believe it was as bad as it was. I had full appetite back, too.
Beef and broccoli. I made mine a little spicy with some red pepper. I used a wild rice.
I decided I wanted a spinach quiche for breakfast this week. I miss my oatmeal, but I love love love quiche.
