I felt awesome after. You know that exhausted painful tired feeling after a particularly hard workout session? That was it. I craved it tonight.
Today, I decided to try my hand at Broccoli Cheese soup. I used to make this all the time, but I haven’t pulled out the book with the recipe since I moved here 5 years ago.
Celery and onion-sauté in small pat of butter or 2teaspoons of olive oil light
Mmmmmm….soft and set aside.
Steam the man of the hour
Now some good Wisconsin sharp cheddar
Add it all to the white sauce made from butter, flour and milk.
Now to serve!!
