Nothing says Happy Valentine’s Day like chocolate covered strawberies. These are so easy, I didn’t bother with a recipe card.
- You wash the strawberries.
- DRY COMPLETELY.
- Melt some milk chocolate with a tablespoon of rum and a tablespoon of heavy whipping cream.
- Dip the strawberries. D
- rizzle with white chocolate. Use a piping bag (my version is a zip top bag with the corner snipped off) or do the fork fling to drizzle.
- Keep refrigerated.
Chocolate ganache—the high falutin’ word for chocolate sauce. Chocolate, cream, and rum.
I used toothpicks to help dip.
Dip, place on parchment paper, let set for about 30 min.
Melt white chocolate chips. Let it cool slightly. Place in ziplock bag, smush it down to the corner. Hold it like a piping bag and cut tiny tip off the corner. Pipe white over strawberries.
