For newer readers, I am a HUGE Erin Condren Life Planner Fan. Examples here, here, here, here, and here. And as always, I have not been paid or given free product from Erincondren.com. All purchases and opinions are my own.

This year, I ordered on launch day. We were on vacation and we were in between camping locations so I had time and net service to pick out my planner. I knew back in March when I got my home office/girl cave that I would definitely design an Erin Condren planner based on my room colors. I also changed my blog design to my room colors of navy, seafoam, and baby blue/pool. So, I waited anxiously for a couple of weeks for it to arrive to see how the colors would turn out.

It looks better than I ever imagined. I am so happy with this product. Not only did they design my cover, but my additional notepads as well. I was assuming I would get the “multi” design for my notepads.

So what has changed this year?

1. Removable covers. I won’t lie. I wasn’t thrilled with that news. However, I have changed my opinion. The covers are very sturdy mine turns perfectly. I did remove it to inspect it. The cuts are tiny and flexible. I don’t anticipate any issues unless I decide to remove it/change it twice a day or something.

2. The Perpetual calendar no longer part of the notebook. It is separate book that fits in the folder. Each month has a lined page. With this, I do not have to write in all the birthdays each year. I write them once and keep the book from year to year. It has 2 pages of contacts/important numbers so I will still order an address book later. I have needed one for a long time since I use an old shoe box with Christmas cards from previous years. I pull out the box and use those to do my cards in November..or January that year I sent “Best wishes for a new year” cards.

 

This year, I opted for the customized event stickers. Games, race days, TV premiers, important school holidays/dates, generic appt, and order new EC!

I absolutely love my new planner. The original design is pretty, but I’m extremely happy with how this turned out.
