This was so easy and so good!
The chicken was in the crockpot with the following:
- I package of taco seasoning
- 1 cup of salsa
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
Cook that all day, turn off the heat
- stir in 1 cup of low fat sour cream
The rice was brown rice with the following:
- chilies
- black olives
- peppers
- red beans.
