That is a link to my profile page on the Cooking Light Blogger’s Connection. I was invited a couple of weeks ago to join this amazing group of foodies who love healthy living and sharing that love with others.
For Cooking Light, food is above all a way into a shared experience that helps build family and community. We’ve reached out to a small community of bloggers who embrace similar values to join our conversation about the communal power of great-tasting, healthy food.
Each blogger brings a unique perspective, background, and style of cooking, making them valuable additions to the conversation around healthy eating. Check in with them daily, follow them through social media outlets, and join our conversation around the beautiful power of home-cooked food.
So, what does this really mean? It means I’ll be sharing some old favorites and new discoveries from Cooking Light magazine each week. We are asked to contribute content twice a month, minimum. I’ve already tried 3 new recipes in the past two weeks. I’ve been a subscriber for the past few years and have tried many recipes from the editors and contributors, so I was extremely excited to get the invitation.
After I formally accepted the invitation, I received two new cookbooks this week. Grilling happens to be one of Stephen’s specialties and with all the local produce from the markets and Snow’s Bend, I look forward to trying the recipes from the Salads cookbook.
