I have cheese, tortillas, chipotle brisket, and a skillet. Here goes nothing.
This was really GOOD!! (I misspelled Messy, didn’t I?)
I just placed one tortilla in the pan, put the cheese first to start melting. I had already warmed my beef and they placed it on the cheese. I stuck on the top tortilla and put it under the broiler on high for 1-2 minutes.
If I was feeling more creative, I would have added something green to give it more veggie power, but I’m a firm believer in starting small with LOTS of room for improvement 😉
