So maybe I used a pre-mixed bread mix. BUT, I did have to mix it all up and follow a bunch of directions. I was excited to try out Lola (mixer) again since it’s been a while. I also had a new bread loaf pan that needed a test drive.
Mix with room temperature eggs and butter.
Pour batter in a greased loaf pan.

The mix was a chocolate chip mix from Williams Sonoma. It was easy and good.
What I am interested in doing this summer is learn to make my own bread. I have all the tools, I just need to get some time to do it. I know there are some great recipes out there for wheat bread. I’m looking forward to this!!
