Amy’s Organic Garden Vegetable Lasagna review

Run: 4.5

Sugar: 124

I have heard many good things about Amy’s organic foods. I stopped eating frozen dinners about 2 years ago when I tried to read the ingredients on a box. These were the first in a long line of processed products that I have banned from the kitchen. I noticed recently that my favorite grocery store—Publix—began carrying these in their “organic” section. I glanced at the back and almost fell over. I could recognize every ingredient. Check this out! (emphasis not mine)

School was brutal. I wanted vegetables—the southern cookin’ kind. No, not all fried, but don’t think that catfish and gumbo didn’t cross my mind…

I settled for peas and corn!

corn

It was just what I wanted.
