Amicas of Salida

We asked man on a bike riding up the mountain about a great place to get some good food without breaking the bank. He suggested Amicas. It’s a very unique pizza and brewery. You order when you walk in and then a wait person will take you to a table. They specialize in 4 main dishes: pizza, panini, calzone, and salad. They have a big variety and can meet most dietary needs. They have a gluten-free crust, vegetarian and vegan options, as well as lower fat options.

We both got calzones. HUGE calzones. I had no idea they could be this big. I got the veggie and he got some kind of Italian something or other with meat.

If anybody is ever driving through the state on the way to the southern parts, stop in.
