This was an awesome sandwich.
- cubed chicken-I used chicken breast from a rotisserie chicken
- celery
- salt/pepper
- greek seasoning
- greek yogurt with lemon juice. Stir this in to desired consitency
- sliced almonds
I toasted two slices of 9 grain bread. With the salad, I used mixed spring greens.
This bread had a wonderful chewey consistency with a lot of flavor. Toasting it brought out more of the nutty flavor.
Later this afternoon, I tried the blueberry scone. Deliciousness.
