This is the big week! I actually a kinda sorta menu planned based on family dinners and traditions. We always have enchiladas with my grandparents. The location has changed from their house to my mother’s house, but they taste just as good as ever. Because my sister and I live a few hours away from home, we arrive at various times of the day for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Mom started having gumbo waiting on the stove for whenever anybody wants to eat. We have our formal holiday dinner with Turkey and all the things on another day. It’s all fun and we never go hungry. For Christmas Eve, we will be with Stephen’s family. It’s going to be a GREAT week.
Last week’s EC planner spread. It was a crazy week with school and baking and sleeping when I could. We had a couple of parties this week, as well. I’m definitely looking forward to Christmas, and I’ll be just as ready for a few days of slowing down before second semester begins. Know what is missing from this page? Football. I’m going through withdrawals over here. Roll Tide!
My blank slate ready for this week. I start with my own section labels and a couple of pieces of washi tape to have a little decorating fun. I add in stickers and events/notes/reminders as I go. This keeps me sane and on time..usually 🙂
