I have tomorrow off so today, I’m planning, cooking, and resting.
Erin Condren Life Planner. I make my own divider stickers to cover the Morning-Day-Night sections. I have several other stickers I like to use to keep it interesting. If I decorate it but leave plenty of room for writing, I use it more. It’s a little like mini scrapbooking.
Here is last weeks’ spread.
Here is my weekly plan set up. All ready to add things in as the week moves along. Since this is the first week of September, I used a “school” theme. My theme decorating is very minimal because I do want to leave the sections open for scheduling and writing. But I do like small stickers and I adore washi tape!
Check out my flowers from Stephen. He knew I needed something bright and cheerful in my kitchen.
He also insisted on getting more iron on my plate.
And here is something rarely seen on my blog. Bread. This is Glutino white bread. It is my favorite bread so far. Love the texture and it makes a mean grilled cheese sandwich. So fluffy inside and crunchy outside. This has been a week of high carbs. Pizza and grilled cheese. It’s all good and I think I have it out of my system now.
Later tonight, I have some recipes to post and my weekly meal plan. I am craving the structure again and since I’ll be working late 3 days a week, I need that advanced meal planning and meal prep! Also..I changed CrossFit gyms. More details later!
Happy last day of AUGUST!!

I was hoping that you would be able to share how you made the divider stickers? I use my morning/day/night for different categories as well. Is it sticker paper? Would you be willing to share your file or some tips?
Thanks a bunch!
