Travel Workout with About Time

As most of you know, we are traveling around Colorado for the month of June and that means a lot of walking, running, hiking, and climbing. But some days, we are driving from one destination to another and will spend most of the day driving. While I love the scenery, I don’t love the sitting all day. On these days, a travel workout is essential! I need something that requires little equipment and space. I need it to be quick, but include whole body movements. I found this workout to be very effective.

After my workouts, I love to refuel with About Time ProHydrate. This is a protein drink that is ready-to-drink without stirring or mixing. Why Protein?
