More breakfast experiments—Superfoods Day 3

I found this wonderful idea for breakfast from Ashley. Her website is AMAZING.

I’ve always enjoyed cheese and fruit, but never thought about putting them on an english muffin. Soooo good. It would have been perfect with some ground pepper, but I’m all out. How did I let THAT happen??

I added a bowl of blueberries to meet my superfood requirement for today.

I went the BodyPump class, then ran 2. I have a long run later on Sunday planned.

Dinner was out. I had grilled shrimp and a mashed sweet potato. It was outstanding!
