The time changed and we are all dragging around today. I needed that extra two hours of sleep this morning, so I didn’t get to CrossFit Candor for the 5:30am class. Honestly, I’m not sure if I’ll get to the morning class until after spring break next week.
Thanks to this intense circuit, I didn’t crash on the couch after work. Clear a spot to work and get some music going so you don’t fall asleep mid-crunch.
