It was a very merry Christmas

3 couples and a baby….this took some time to unravel.

Time for lunch. On Christmas Day, we had a quick meal of pork loin, vegetables, more vegetables, and rolls. Gumbo was the menu, but we learned a lesson. Do not try to quick cook it the night before you put it in a crockpot. Seafood does not hang out in the fridge or play nicely with others in the pot.

I have already put these “tree” napkins on my list for next year. Grandma has the neatest ideas. Too bad she and Stephen are the only ones who could fold them correctly.

christmas5

Ignore the desserts on the bar, table, and end of red table. They didn’t last too long.

christmas9

I don’t remember when she started collecting for this village, but I am so glad she has a great place to display the entire landscape.

christmas6

Santa’s back up transportation.

Another Christmas and a second year of….JACKSON! jackson4 copy

Ignore the clips on his shirt…but I can’t stop laughing when I see them.
