~ This is state testing week for the upper grades, also known as “misery in kindergarten”. The kids are on lockdown and zipped lips for 3 hour blocks of time. Let the fun begin.
~ Doctor thinks my fasting levels are way too high. The A1c will determine if they level out during the day on average or if my pancreas is not happy.
~ Going to the beach in a winter hibernation body. This will be fun.
~ I’ve finally found a bag to carry my Canon with me at all times and my planner without having to carry an extra camera bag. I can’t tell you how exciting this is for me. I love my Timbuk2 messenger, but it’s not really work professional. I got a padded camera insert that fits into a 20 buck target tote. Planner, wallet, camera, and junk/makeup bag all fits!
~ By this time tomorrow, we will be done with Sallie Mae student loan people. DONE. After 10 years of insanity, we’re taking a bank loan which cuts the interest rate in half. 1 year from now, I hope to be burning the last note. The only solace is that I’m in a job that uses both my degrees of study.
