Long day, stir fry, hold the salt.

School is out and most days, I’m taking it easy which is nice after ten months of non-stop school. Basically, we get June and July away from the madness and I’m trying to soak up every moment. But, I’ve been lazy with cooking because it’s too hot to turn on the oven and too hot to eat, really. Tonight was a simple stir fry. I threw veggies in one pan, stir fried chicken in the same pan after the veggies, then threw it all in one pan and called it done. So not creative, but it was quick, healthy, and I knew exactly what I was eating.

 

By the way……slashing salt slashes pounds. Anything processed will have extra sodium. I do not like the Michelin Man look. I think it only looks good on giggly babies, not 34 year old women like myself.
