I got some new McCann’s irish oatmeal which I’ve heard nothing but good news about. After running 2, I threw some in the pot with Kashi, flax, pumpkin and some cinnamon. It was outstanding.
I was hungry again by 8, so I need to add some protein to breakfast. It is better for my sugar if I eat all my carbs early in the day, but this didn’t stick for me long.
Lunch was some frozen chicken soup
Snack was laughing cow cheese, kashi crackers
Dinner-15 bean soup.
