This was an incredibly difficult week. The Boston marathon bombing churned up a lot of tension and even fear about future races. Running is how I deal with difficult times and now that has become the target. But, I still ran. I couldn’t NOT run. No terrorist is going to keep me from the roads and trails.
Monday: 3.5 miles
Tuesday: 4.09 miles
Wednesday; 3 miles
Thursday: 5 miles
Friday: 3.5 miles
Saturday: full rest
Sunday: 8 trail miles
