This was a low-mileage week, not that I’m pushing out hundreds of mile a week. I’m a little worn out this week so I didn’t push much. I’m enjoying the base-building phase again. Tuesday-2.5 miles Wednesday-2.5 miles Thursday-1.8 miles Saturday-3 miles Short and slow and injury-free. I’ll take it!
