There has been a big change this week! I got some new kicks a couple of weeks ago and let me say right now..in my best Forrest Gump voice. “They was my magic shoes”. I had a better week with running and at-home workouts this week. I just felt a little better, a little more like my old running self. Less sad, I guess.

Monday: 3 miles

Tuesday: 2 miles and this At-Home Workout.

Thursday: 2 miles

Saturday: 7 miles…slow, long, and struggling to finish. #noshame

It’s been a positive week so I’m going to enjoy it and not worry about meeting or beating it next week. One day at a time.
