One step forward, 5 steps back. I didn’t run or workout much this week and I won’t even bother with the reasons, valid as they were. Let’s get this one in the books and look ahead to the next week. And..the shoes are still amazing.

I remember the months during extensive PT with my leg. I begged for a mile. Just 1 mile pain-free. I can still run, but I’m struggling with it, bad. The bad feelings and the overwhelming sadness that I shove down during the day just come out when I start moving my feet. I guess catharsis is healthy, but I want my first love of running back.
