Workout Review and Marathon Training July 7-13

I’m changing up my workout review post day. I usually consider a week like a calendar week, Sunday-Saturday. However, I’ve always considered running training weeks Monday-Sunday because my weekend run is not set in stone. Some weekends, Saturday works out better, others have a Sunday long run. With marathon training starting, I have my training plan on a Monday-Sunday calendar so my workout reviews will now be on Monday-Sunday and should be posted on Sunday along with my meal plan for the week. It won’t be long before football Saturday posts are back!! (7 weeks!!)

5 rounds for time

  • 10 HSPU
  • 20 air squats
  • 15 pull ups
  • 30 Situps

Workout 2

Skill work: Thrusters

Then: AMRAP in 10 minutes

  • 15 wall ball
  • 20 med ball situps

Running-Marathon Week 1

  • Monday: 3.2 miles
  • Tuesday: 3 miles
  • Thursday: 4.3
  • Friday: 3.05
  • Sunday: 6.15

Total: 19.7

FitFluential Push-Up Challenge

I got 31 EVERY DAY!

Im getting stronger and working on my form, trying to bring my hands closer to tricep push up position. Next week, I’m working more on keeping all 31 in “boy” pushup position. No knees!
