What’s up Wednesday?

This.

I woke up at 5 am. After sleeping 12 hours. I was absolute toast last night. End of the school year is a strange creature.

Since I was up so early, but not quite early enough to catch my CrossFit class, I dusted off an older WOD from January and did it at home.

I think..no…I KNOW this was harder today than in January. My arms and shoulders were crying. Big tears. Ugly crying.

Another thing that is crying lately is ME. I am drinking and eating way too much sugar and there is absolutely no excuse for it. If I want to survive the next 7 days, I need to be even more vigilant about health and especially, nutrition. This is why I feel like complete junk.

After getting through the day, I came home to clean up the house, clean out the fridge, and take my time cooking all the veggies I could find. Plus bacon.

Two more days of this week, then 2.5 days next week. It’s going to be a very bumpy ride!
