Running Recap March 25-31

This was my spring break week and I took full advantage of it by breaking in new shoes (Saucony) and firing up the garmin. I have kept my garmin in my bag for the past few weeks because I tend to get really obsessed with time. By taking it off and just running because I want to run, I’ve had much better workouts. This week, I used it to mark off new distance for roads.

Tuesday: 5 miles

Wednesday: 5 miles

Thursday: 6 miles

Friday: 5 miles

Saturday: 3 miles

Sunday: lightening. Long run did not happen.
