Apparently either being sick over the weekend or the massive allergy attack from the pollen triggered my spring migraine. There was a huge cloud of what I thought was dust flowing over the playground during P.E yesterday. The coach informed that it was indeed…pollen.

On the way home, I sneezed so bad my head felt like it was exploding. It was about as bad as altitude sickness when I was in Colorado.
Today, my head is better. Let’s hope for a good pain-free day. I took my allegra and sudafed. I’m drinking a ton of water. And I had this for breakfast. Fruit/spinach smoothie and cherry lemonade.
