Not as hard as I thought

I overslept and decided to do a quick run anyway. I didn’t feel like I had time to make oatmeal. I knew I wanted to eat something off the superfood list, and threw together stuff in a bowl to take with me on the drive to school.

Fasting B.S-119 (yay!)

Run: 2.5 miles, slow and easy

Yogurt, berries, walnuts—all from the list.

Lunch was leftovers.

Snacks were apple, cheese, almond butter, orange

Dinner!-Chicken sausage, wild rice, mushrooms and kale

I love roasted mushrooms. I use a little olive oil and fresh rosemary, pepper, and salt

Mix with wild rice and sautéed chicken sausage. Wilt kale on top for about ten minutes.

While I was chopping and dicing, I threw together a zucchini/beef something or other.
