Mrs. Paul’s Parchment Bake

I have seen several commercials for Mrs. Paul’s Parchment Bake, so when Foodbuzz invited me to review this as part of the Foodbuzz Tastemaker Program, I gladly accepted. They sent me coupons for free boxes and then I tried them out.

Final verdict: Two Thumbs Up! (That’s Stephen’s response).

My response: It was easy, quick, great texture, and they tasted wonderful! The fish was baked to perfection. It wasn’t dry or rubbery. The Classic Grilled was flaky and had a great smoky flavor. As easy as this was, I will purchase again.

I found two flavors at my local Publix. The Classic Grilled and Roasted Garlic. Both of these are tilapia, which is a very mild white fish and works well with a variety of flavors.

Inside the boxes are two sealed parchment bags. The fish and seasoning sauce are inside. I made all four of them. You place the bags on a baking sheet and just let them bake in the oven. They do puff up during baking, but that is normal.

After they finish baking, look what is inside. A delicately baked fish in a flavorful sauce. This is the roasted garlic flavor. I paired this with lentils and quinoa.
