Morning Runners

This is really for anybody who already works out in the morning or those who want to be THAT person who can get up early, workout, and be done for the day. Busy moms especially seem to enjoy that because they know that if they put it off for later in the day, it probably won’t happen.

I just recently started getting up REALLY early in the morning so I can attend Crossfit. In just one week, I’ve fallen in love with it. Below is a list in progress of posts about getting up early, how to fuel, when to fuel, tips for making it easier, etc. Please let me know if you have any suggestions to add!
